1. Account & verification. Every partner account is reviewed by the Yo Girl team before it goes live. We may request documents to verify your business or professional qualifications.
2. Service listings. Descriptions, pricing and photos you list must be accurate and belong to you. Misleading listings may be removed without notice.
3. Bookings & cancellations. Once you accept a booking, you're expected to honour it. Repeated cancellations may affect your account standing.
4. Conduct. Partners are expected to behave professionally and respectfully with customers at all times, both online and during service visits.
5. Payments. Payouts follow Yo Girl's standard payment cycle. Any applicable platform commission will be communicated to you before it changes.
6. Account status. Yo Girl may pause or block a partner account that violates these terms, receives repeated valid complaints, or is found to be fraudulent.
7. Data & privacy. Customer information shared with you through a booking may only be used to deliver that service, not for unrelated marketing.
8. Changes to terms. These terms may be updated from time to time; continuing to operate as a partner means you accept the current version.
